    Rodalink Group started in 1997 as the first and the biggest bicycle retailer in Indonesia. It belongs to the group of Insera Sena, which has grown to be one of the biggest bicycle manufacturers in Asia. Few years later, Rodalink Group decided to extend its operation to Singapore.

    Until now, Rodalink has 2 stores located in East Coast and Jurong East. These stores are strategically located to serve you better. An online store website is also available for a convenient 24/7 shopping experience. We are committed to providing you with the best service and products from world-renowned brands.   4. Terms & Conditions

    Every user must read, understand, accept and agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement before using the application and / or accepting the content contained in it. By accessing or using Rodalink.com/sg site, the user is considered to have understood and agreed to all contents in the terms and conditions below. Terms and conditions can be changed or updated at any time without prior notice. Changes to the terms and conditions will take effect immediately after they are posted on the Rodalink.com/sg site. If users object to the terms and conditions that we have proposed in this agreement, we recommend you not to use this site.

    1. Site Usage Terms
      When visiting and using the Rodalink.com/sg site, including every feature and service, each user is required to comply with the following Site User provisions:
      1. Users who are at least 18 years old, have been married, or have legally recognized requirements are included in the category of adults users / apart from the Law on Child Protection.
      2. This site is only permitted for shopping and access information related to this site facilities.

    2. Intelectual Property Right
      When visiting and using the Rodalink.com/sg site, including every feature and service, each user is required to comply with the following Site User provisions:
      1. We are the sole official owner or legal holder of all rights to the Rodalink.com/sg website and its contents. All intellectual property and rights to this website remain with us and are protected by applicable law.
      2. The website, name and associated logo are trademarks registered with legal entities and protected by copyright. It is strictly forbidden to use, change or install the brands mentioned above.
        If there is any part of the Terms violates the law, that part will be deleted and the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

    4. Transactions
      1. Prices listed on the website Rodalink.com/sg do not include delivery costs, fleet rates or courier costs.
      2. For online purchases, product delivery will be processed after payment is received by a bank account in the name of RODALINK (S) PTE LTD The delivery time is adjusted to the destination service area. For delivery that use expeditions, we work with the courier services.
      3. Each bicycle product purchased from Rodalink.com/sg has a warranty with applicable terms and conditions. Please click on the product warranty for more information.
      4. Items that have been purchased cannot be returned or exchanged with other items unless there is a prior agreement or damage before use in accordance with warranty regulations.
      5. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information contained. RODALINK (S) PTE LTD does not guarantee with all the accuracy of the data, including product specifications and editorial that are subject to change without prior notice.
      6. If during the warranty period, damage occurs to the goods, please contact us via email to here.

      1. Price
        If in certain circumstances, there is a wrong price or information about a particular product caused by typing errors (Typo), Rodalink.com/sg has the right to refuse or cancel orders that use the wrong price, including orders that have been paid. If the order has been paid by Credit Card, and your credit card has been charged for the purchase, then we will refund according to the amount paid.

      2. Product Description
        Rodalink.com/sg always strives to provide product descriptions as accurately as possible. But we cannot 100% guarantee that all descriptions or content contained on the website are accurate, complete, up to date, or error free.

      3. Membership
        1. Become a Registered User, hereinafter referred to as "Member Rodalink.com/sg", it is free of charge.
        2. By choosing to create an account as a member of the site Rodalink.com/sg, member Rodalink.com/sg will create an account name and password when completing the registration process.
        3. Member Rodalink.com/sg is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account names and passwords and Registered Users are fully responsible for all activities in the name of Registered User accounts.
        4. Member Rodalink.com/sg agrees to:
          • Immediately notify us of any allegations of unauthorized / valid use in the name of your Member account.
          • Ensure that Member Rodalink.com/sg logs out of the account at the end of every activity on the Rodalink.com/sg site to avoid possible misuse of the relevant account.
        5. We have the full right to limit, block or terminate the services of an account, prohibit access to the Rodalink.com/sg site and content, services, and slow down or delete hosted content, and take legal steps to safe Rodalink.com/sg Members or other users. If we consider Members of Rodalink.com/sg or other users to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights of related parties, or commit an infringement that violates the things stated in this Agreement.

Rodalink.com/sg members are not permitted to sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, give, surrender or otherwise transfer accounts, user identities or passwords to third parties without our knowledge and prior written approval. We may suspend or terminate the Rodalink.com/sg Member Account or the account of the party receiving transfer from the Rodalink.com/sg Member who is sold, offered for sale, given, delivered or transferred in violation of the provisions in this Article. If with our limited ability to identify this violation, all consequences and risks are the responsibility of the diverting Member Rodalink.com/sg.

            Currently, Rodalink has 2 delivery methods, namely "Store Pick Up" (if the stock is available at the store) and "Home Delivery". The delivery cost of the “Store Pick up” option is free. Meanwhile, for  "Home Delivery" option, Rodalink is currently using the services of the third party, those are Urban Fox & Delver and the delivery cost is listed as below:

            • Delivery times may vary depending on its product as below:
              • Non-bicycle & frame normally takes around 2-3 business days, but during this Phase 2 of Circuit Breaker the delivery process takes longer within 3-6 business days.
              • Bicycle takes 3-5 business days, but during this Phase 2 of Circuit Breaker the delivery may take longer up to 2 weeks.
            • For cities that are not available in our database, please contact our customer care at here.
          3. Payment Method
            At present, payments can be made in two ways, namely:
            • A credit card with a VISA or MASTERCARD logo that has been equipped with a fraud detection system so that the comfort and security of your credit card is guaranteed.
            • Transfers to RODALINK (S) PTE LTD account as a web-store service provider.
            1. Payment Steps via Credit or Debit Card:
              • Click on order button with Credit or Debit Card payment method.
              • Enter your card details.
              • Enter expired card.
              • Enter CVC.
              • Click "Place Order".
            2. OCBC Credit Card Installments
              The requirements for installments payment:
              • 0% Interest-Free Instalment Payment Plan requires a minimum purchase of SGD500.
              • Interest-Free Instalment payments up to 6 months for OCBC credit card holder only.
              • Upon the purchase, you agree and authorise.
              • Instalment shall be billed to your Card Account every month by OCBC Bank, starting from the month of or after your Instalment Purchase.

              • Enter name on card
              • Enter Card number
              • Enter card type (Visa or Master card)
              • Enter expired card
              • Enter card issued country

            3. Alipay & WeChatPay
              • You need AliPay or Wechat account.
              • Payment can be go through AliPay or WeChat app.
              • When you click on order button with AliPay or WeChat Pay payment method, you will be redirect to FOMOPAY payment website. QR code will be shown in the website. Just scan the QR code with your AliPay or WeChat app.
            4. ShopBack Buy Now, Pay Later
              • The Installment Payment Plan requires a minimum purchase of SGD500 and a maximum of SGD3000.
              • Interest-Free Installment payments up to 3 months.
              • You can use any debit or credit card for using ShopBack transaction.
              • You need ShopBack account.
              • Payment can be go through ShopBack app.
              • When you click on order button with ShopBack Buy Now, Pay Later payment method, you will be redirect to ShopBack payment website. QR code will be shown in the website. Just scan the QR code with your ShopBack app.
            5. Ordering Procedure
              • Login or Register first on Rodalink.com/sg
              • Open the website and search for available products, click on the image.
              • Select the size / color.
              • Click add to cart.
              • Click Check Shopping Cart to see the costs you buy.
              • Click the delivery Method you want (Home Delivery/ Store Pick Up).
              • Delete the product in shopping cart if you don't want to.
              • Make sure the product you want is in your shopping cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
              • Fill the delivery Address, choose Payment Method and click Place Order.
            1. Product Return Procedure

              3. Items that can be returned have the following provisions:
                • Register your request to return/exchange with our Customer Care Centre at here with the order number, and attach a photo of the defective item, if any.
                • A return address will be emailed to you by our Customer Care, upon acceptance of your return request.
                • Exchange/ Return of your purchase must be made within 14 days from the delivery/ collection date of purchase. The delivery costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or out of stock situation.
                • All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags all intact.
                • Your return package with trackable status is encouraged. Rodalink will not be responsible for any lost package sent through non-trackable mailing options.
                • The Returned/ exchanged item will be checked once it has been received. Please allow 14 days from our receipt of your returned package for any refund to be made.
                • Exchanged items will be sent out within 7 days from our receipt of your package.
                • Should the product be out-of-stock, Rodalink will proceed with a cash refund accordingly.
              4. For other matters regarding the returns and refund system that have not been regulated above, please contact our customer care at here.
            2. Guarantee
              1. Frame Guarantee
              2. 5 year frame warranty after the date of purchase / receipt of products. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags all intact or will be charged with service cost. This warranty card is valid if the frame number on the bicycle is not defective / not replaced. The warranty does not applicable if:
                • Surface defects such as paint, rust, or less glossy paint etc.
                • Normal damage due to the bicycle usage (rubber brake wear, tire leaks etc.)
                • Damage due to improper use or accident.
                • Bicycles that have been sold to other people.
                • Bicycles that are used commercially, for example for rent.
                • Bicycles that are not properly maintained.
                For damage guaranteed by Rodalink as above, will be replaced / repaired with the same type / approach. Rodalink's decisions on material and quality matters are final for purchase and cannot be debated.
              3. 1 x free fine tuning for the first 3 months from the date of purchase.

        2. Terms and Conditions of Sale

          Thank you for your interest in purchasing products on RODALINK.com. By ordering in RODALINK (“RODALINK”, “we”) website, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree with RODALINKTerms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”). Please read in detail to fully understand your purchase in RODALINK. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms from time to time without notice. 

          1. Product. Each Product offered for sale on the Website including the specification, is subject to change, as we noted on the individual product page, can be viewed by following a dedicated link displaying the Product details, including images, unit pricing, colours and sizes (as applicable). 
          2. Product. A description of the Products, including measurements or sizes (if applicable), together with one or more images of the Product will be displayed in the Customer's Cart. 
          3. Product. Although RODALINK takes reasonable steps to ensure that the photographs displayed on the Website accurately reflect the original Products, there may be some discrepancies due to the technical characteristics and colour resolution of the device used by the Customer. RODALINK shall not be responsible for inadequacy of the graphic representations of the Products displayed on the Website. Any measurements or specifications of the Products given are approximate only, and colours, fabrics and designs of the Products displayed, and the Products delivered to the Customer, may vary in minor respects. 
          4. Price. The Product prices are stated in Singapore Dollar (SGD), GST included. The prices are subject to change by time to time and without notice. Any promotions regarding the price may vary following the promotions scheme. 
          5. Orders. When placing an order on RODALINK.com, the Customer may purchase one or more Products, up to a maximum of X units per Product, except as otherwise provided. RODALINK reserves the right to vary these limitations at its discretion at any time.  You’ll need to make a RODALINK account and provide the information needed. If there’s any cancellation of orders, you will receive a refund of the order accordingly. 
          6. Orders. The Products selected for purchase by the Customer shall be placed into the Customer’s “cart” section of the Website ("Cart"). Items placed in a Customer’s Cart are not reserved for that individual Customer and may still be purchased by other Customers. 
          7. Orders. Before confirming the relevant Order, the Customer must check the accuracy of the contents of the “Cart” and complete the Order form in accordance with the instructions provided on the Website. 
          8. Orders. The Order process is completed as soon as the Customer clicks the relevant final Order confirmation button ("Place Order"), thereby confirming his/her Order, which will be submitted to RODALINK. 
          9. Payment. Payment must be done prior to the delivery. We offer you four options of payment at the moment: Visa & Mastercard, OCBC Credit Card Installment, AliPay and WeChatPay.           10. Delivery. You may choose between Home Delivery or Pick Up Store method to collect your items in our Rodalink Stores. Please read more on our Delivery Method details.

          12. Warranty and After Sales Service. Most of the products at Rodalink are covered by warranty. You have the right to return any defective product, as long as it complies with the brand’s warranty terms and conditions.
