    If you are looking for a bike or spare part but it is not available on the Rodalink website, you may enquire about the product availability along with the detailed information (type, size, color, quantity and photos if any) here.

  3. Pre-order Terms & Conditions

    Below are the pre-order terms and conditions:

    1. Our Customer Care confirms that the products you're looking for can be pre-ordered along with the estimated time of arrival.
    2. Placing 20% deposit of the product’s price and completing the rest of payment at Rodalink store during the collection.
    3. All the online pre-order products can only be collected at Rodalink Jurong East, unless pre-orders are made at the store directly.
    4. Pre-order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is unavailable or defective.

  4. The waiting time for having pre-order

    The pre-order estimated waiting time is between 1-2 months from the date of a completed pre-order submission. Our Customer Support will keep updated the information on the product's arrival and send a prior notification should there be any delay.

  5. Pre-order steps

    Below are the steps for having pre-order:

    1. Online Pre-order:
      1. After our Customer Care confirmed that the product you're looking for can be pre-ordered, then you need to complete the data below:
        • Full name:
        • Phone number:
        • Email:
        • Pick up store: Rodalink Jurong East
        • Product and its specification:
        • Quantity:
      2. You will receive a payment invoice in a separate email. Kindly complete the payment via Stripe.
      3. Once the product is ready for pick-up, our team will send an email notification to you.

    2. Store Pre-order:
      1. After our Customer Care confirmed that the bike you're looking for can be pre-ordered, then you need to complete the data below:
        • Full name:
        • Phone number:
        • Email:
        • Chosen store to pick up your bike:
        • Your arrival at store to make a payment:
        • Product and its specification:
        • Quantity:
      2. You need to place a minimum 20% deposit of the product’s price directly to the store. Payment can be made via Visa & Master Card, OCBC, DBS, UOB and POSB.
      3. Once the product is ready for pick-up, our team will call or send you an email notification.
