Home Delivery means after completing the payment, the products will be delivered directly to the customer's address within 1-5 business days . Our customer care will inform the invoice via email. Click & Collect means the product can be taken at the Rodalink Stores that you have chosen and it is free delivery. The products have always been checked by our team before being taken home by the customer. Our customer care will send a notification via email “Your order at RODALINK is ready for pickup: 400000xxxx.” **Keep in mind that the Rodalink Stores option that appears in “Check Stock in the Nearest Stores” is the Rodalink Stores that has available stocks of all products contained in your shopping cart.

Q: Why I can't find the "Click & Collect" option during the checkout process?

You can't find the Click & Collect option due to the stock of your chosen product doesn't available at the stores. Therefore your chosen product only can be delivered to your address using Home Delivery option.

Orders received will be processed within 1 to 4 working days excluding weekend & public holiday for Peninsular Malaysia & 2 to 5 working days excluding weekend & public holiday for East Malaysia. Delivering by by PosLaju, Gdex or Asia Connect.

May I know which courier do you usually use?

We are using Pos Laju, Gdex and Asia Connect (East Malaysia for bulky items such as bike, floor pump, baby carrier, bike trainer etc.) for delivery out all the orders.

Sorry to inform that we only ship within Malaysia. However, you may look for runners in Malaysia to ship it to your country. Any extra cost eg. Import tax will not be bare by us.
