Product Description
Entity TI160 Tubeless Inflation Tank is necessary to seat and inflate tubeless tyres. The tank needs to be charged with air pressure from a regular pump, up to 160PSI if your pump can handle that pressure [Entity FP Floor Pumps]. Once charged with air, the tank can then be discharged with the flick of a lever. Causing a rapid flow of air into the tyre, causing it to inflate and seat the tyre correctly, creating a seal on the tubeless rim. [You may need soapy water to help the tyre 'pop' into place.]
For better results, you should remove the valve core from the wheel to allow faster airflow. You will need to refit the valve core once the tyre is seated, and sealant has been added. Then you should pump your tyre up with the regular pump to the desired pressure. A tubeless set-up requires tubeless compatible tyres, rims, tapes [RT23/25/30/35/40], valves [TV45] and sealant [TS120]. Entity TS120 Tubeless Sealant can be inserted when the tire is half fitted, or once the tire has been seated it can be squirted through the valve body with the valve core removed.
Do not overinflate.
