Frame and Suspension
Marin San Rafael DS2 Q is built with a strong aluminum frame which has been engineered with SHOT tech to deliver strength and durability while riding. Featuring Series 3 Dual Sport frame, its frame is also equipped with DS Geometry technology which provides comfort for riders when pedaling on rough paths or on a long-distance ride. Moreover, a SR Suntour NEX Disc HLO suspension fork is also assembled to the frame for a more convenient ride, especially when the bike is ridden on bumpy surfaces. The fork features 63 mm travel along with preload adjusted hydraulic lock which is easily adjustable to match the path.
Groupsets
Another core part of a bike is its drive train. Marin San Rafael DS2 Q combines 3-speed Shimano FD-TY710 as the front derailleur along with powerful 8-speed Shimano Acera as the rear derailleur. The riders could easily adjust the speed options through Shimano EF500 which integrates two functions, as the shifter and the brake levers. This braking performance is powered by Promax DSK-300 mechanical disc with 160 mm rotor that makes stopping done become even more smooth and responsive.

Marin San Rafael DS2 Q collaborates Schwalbe Smart Sam 700Cx40 with double wall aluminum rims and 6-bolts disc forged aluminum alloy hubs in the center. The tires feature Kevlar Puncture Protection, which prevents the risk of flat tires.
