Introducing the Polygon Collosus DH7
You can never truly leave DH! We are back making waves in the biking world once again with the long-awaited release of our newest addition to the DH scene. Since the 2018 XQUARONE DH bike, we've been crafting and perfecting our latest offering, and now, we're thrilled to unveil the result of years of development, the Collosus DH.
The Collosus DH7 downhill mountain bike was born from our Collosus N enduro mountain bike which was tested extensively by the PFR team at EDR for two seasons. Polygon realized the demand for something bigger, bolder, and more suited to the rigors of racing and aggressive riding.
The Collosus DH7 downhill mountain bike has been meticulously designed with versatility in mind. With 4 different geometry configurations, riders can tailor their experience, seamlessly transitioning from playful park rides to dominating the downhill course.
At the heart of the Collosus DH7 downhill mountain bike is our revolutionary IFS system developed during the birth of the Collosus N mountain bike series. Our innovative 6-bar independent floating suspension is engineered to control wheel path and anti-squat independently to the leverage curve, ensuring optimal performance across varied terrain.
Customization doesn't stop there. While the DH7 mountain bike comes set up as MX, riders have the ability to switch to a full 29er setup, riders can tailor their experience, seamlessly transitioning from playful park rides to dominating downhill courses.
This isn’t just a mountain bike—it’s a downhill demolition machine, built to tear through the roughest terrain and redefine what’s possible on two wheels. The wait is over. It’s time to drop in.
Polygon Collosus DH7 Dual Suspension Bike Features:
- Multiple setup possibilities
The Collosus DH7 downhill mountain bike offers 4 geometry configurations using two flip-chips. Riders can fine-tune the bottom bracket position for either a mullet setup with a 27.5” rear wheel or a full 29er configuration. When using a smaller rear wheel, set the flip chip in its tallest position to maintain rear center height. Switching to a 29” rear wheel allows the frame to drop down, ensuring a consistent riding position across wheel sizes.
- Dial In Your Perfect Geometry
With a 1.5” headset, riders can further customize their ride by fitting aftermarket angle-adjust cups, dialing in the perfect geometry for their style and terrain.
- UDH Compatibility for Next-Gen Shifting
With the UDH dropouts, the Collosus DH7 is now compatible with T-Type drivetrains for seamless integration with modern shifting systems.
- Made for any abuse
Collosus DH7 also comes with chainstay protector.
