Rodalink Community is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points on every purchase, redeem towards future purchase discount, and earn other perks.
Anyone who has a valid email address and phone number can join the program. Please note that this membership program is valid only for personal use and limited to only one account per individual.
By creating an account in Rodalink App, you are automatically registered as a Rodalink Community member.
Rodalink Community is completely FREE of charge.
Earn 1 point for every Rp 10.000 (Indonesia) / S$1 (Singapore) / RM3 (Malaysia) spent in store or online at www.rodalink.com. Every 100 points earned is redeemable for Rp 12.500 (Indonesia)/S$2 (Singapore)/RM6 (Malaysia) purchase discount. As you accrue more points, you will qualify for higher membership tier and get more benefits.
Please mention your membership number, registered email address, or registered phone address during transaction. Failure to do so will not guarantee your points accrual.
Yes. Rodalink Community has a fully integrated system in 3 countries. You can use the same membership account in Rodalink Indonesia, Rodalink Singapore, and Rodalink Malaysia.

TIERS AND BENEFITS
There are 3 tiers that vary according to your total points.
- Silver (< 4000 points)
- Gold (4000-9999 points)
- Platinum (≥ 10.000 points)
Benefits vary according to each tier. Please refer to the following table.
Earn 1 point for every Rp 10.000 (Indonesia) / S$1 (Singapore) / RM3 (Malaysia) spent.
Membership tier status depends on points accrued within the last 2 years of transaction. Tier status will be valid for 2 years (24 months), unless if there is a tier upgrade. Tier will be upgraded automatically after qualifying points. Tier status will be re-evaluated every 2 years.
POINTS EARNING AND REDEMPTION
Earn 1 point for every Rp 10.000 (Indonesia)/S$1 (Singapore)/RM3 (Malaysia) spent in store or online on www.rodalink.com, excluding shipping cost.
Yes. You still earn points based on your payment amount (excl. shipping cost). As an example, you bought a $50 helmet, which is on sale for $40. In this case, you earn points from the $40 purchase, which is the amount paid.
Yes. You still earn points based on your payment amount. As an example, you make a $50 purchase and get $10 discount from the point redemption. In this case, you earn points from the $40 purchase, which is the amount paid.
Please make sure that you have included your membership ID, email, or phone number during checkout. Failure to do so will not guarantee your point accrual. It may take up to 24 hours to add points to your membership account. For online purchase, it may take up to 24 hours after you receive your order and order status is completed. Every 100 points earned is redeemable for Rp 12.500 (Indonesia) / S$2 (Singapore) / RM6 (Malaysia) purchase discount. For security reasons, point redemption must be validated with One Time Password (OTP) sent through registered email and/or text. Therefore, please make sure that you have your valid email and phone number on your account.

Points are strictly non-transferrable to other membership account.

The transaction will be reviewed and points will be added accordingly.
POINTS AND MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION
Your membership never expires, unless if there is no activity detected within five years. If there is no transaction detected in the last five years, membership account will expire and deleted from system automatically, and all points in the membership account will expire.
Points have 24 months validity period from the last day of the accrual quarter. If within 24 months period the point is not redeemed, then that particular amount of point will no longer be valid (expired).

Point earned on any date of April 2018 will be valid until 30 June 2020. On 1 July 2020, that particular amount of point will expire.
Points earned on or before June 30, 2016 will be assumed as earned on June 30, 2016 and will expire on June 30, 2018 if not used or redeemed.
If your membership account is expired, cancelled, or terminated, your points will expire.
