The DSX FS, 2, and 1 feature a butted and formed Series 3 6061 aluminum frame with internal routing, 142x12mm thru-axles, flat mount disc brakes, and rack and fender eyelets. The DSX (base) model utilizes a Series 2 6061 aluminum frame with internal cable routing, and rack and fender eyelets.

The DSX comes stock with 700x45mm tires, with room for 29x2.1”
knobbies.

Dropper posts are quickly becoming standard fare for gravel racers
and riders that spend significant time on rough surfaces, and the
DSX features internal dropper post routing for easy upgrades.
Hopping up to a higher-spec Series 3 aluminum frame, the Marin DSX 1 Gravel Bike has a whole heap of upgrades over the base spec version. Bolt-thru axles add stiffness and a carbon fork drops the weight and adds even more mounting points for bikepacking bags. There’s also an 11-speed 1X Shimano Deore drivetrain, WTB Riddler tires, Tektro hydraulic brakes and plenty of reliable Marin components.
