Product Description

The Shimano Deore XT RT-MT800 brake disc uses the successful Ice-Technologies Freeza design to decrease the temperatures while braking what results in a consistent braking performance even in the most demanding conditions and increases the brake pad's lifetime as well. The basis of the construction is the disc's so called sandwich structure (stainless steel - aluminium - stainless steel) which not only improves braking power and reliability but also effectively dissipates the heat via the integrated cooling fins.

  1. Externally splined lockring version for 15 mm thru-axles and bigger (attention: In some cases, this version might also be required for thru axles from 12mm)
  2. For Shimano Center Lock hubs and Center Lock compatible hubs
  3. Two-component design for a low weight and high stiffness
  4. ICE-Tech-Freeza: Aluminium core between two stainless steel layers for best heat dissipation; additional cooling fins on the inside of the friction ring
  5. Significantly reduced operating temperature for constant performance
  6. Lightweight, heat-dissipating aluminium carrier
  7. Material: stainless steel, aluminium
  8. For organic or sintered brake pads
