Hi Caleb Tong! Topeak Uni Super Tourist DX Disc Carrier should be compatible with a 15-20L side pannier as long as the capacity doesn't exceed 30 kg. Thank you.

Hi Darren Lee, Unfortunately, this carrier is only compatible with MTB and Road Bikes. So, you're unable to install this carrier for folding bikes.
