The Squeezy Energy Drink in the flavour Orange is available as carbohydrate powder in various filling sizes. The powder is based on the original Squeezy-recipe and contains mostly medium-and long-chain carbohydrates (fructose and glucose and maltodextrin and isomaltulose).
Squeezy Energy drinks contain only ingredients necessary for the physically active phase. Therefore, they are particularly easy on the stomach. They are free from lactose, gluten and artificial sweeteners.

With respect to these conditions the demand of carbohydrates of athletes can come up to:
- Amateur athletes: 30 - 50 g of carbohydrates per hour.
- Ambitionated athletes: 50 - 70 g of carbohydrates per hour.
- Professional athletes: 70 - 100 g of carbohydrates per hour.
Dissolve 2 - 3 spoons of powder in 500 ml water. Drink this energy drink before, during and after training sessions or competitions. The recommended amount is 0.5 - 1.0 liters per hour.
In case of short competitions (up to 1 hour) the intake of nutrition and drinks during sports is not necessary as the sports men can get their energy from their own energy reservoirs.
