The Shimano Deore CN-M6100 chain provides fast, precise and smooth shifting in both directions even under highest loads thanks to its precisely formed contact surfaces to Dynamic Chain Engagement+ chainring and Hyperglide+ cassette teeth. In addition, the SIL-TEC coated inner plates increase the durability noticeably.

Features:

1. Dynamic Chain Engagement+
   Dynamic Chain Engagement+ is a special gear teeth profile designed for use in 1-speed chainring configurations for XC, Enduro and Trail Riding. It gives more chain retention and smoother pedaling – even over bumpy terrain. Chain retention of any gear will reduce abrasion and worn out.
2. Hyperglide+
   The conventional Hyperglide technology ensures smooth shifting upwards thanks to small shifting ramps, which guide the chain towards the next larger sprocket. Also Hyperglide+ uses this functionality but applies it in the opposite direction, too, preventing the chain from falling down when shifting downwards. The result is a smooth and consistent shifting in both directions, free of vibrations and without disrupting the cadence.
