In the extremely unlikely scenario that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us, and as long as the conditions of the 8 days guarantee terms and conditions are met, well offer you a full refund for the bike.
Terms & Conditions:
- Only applicable for new bikes purchased from any of the Rodalink Singapore retail stores (Jurong, Commonwealth & East Coast)
- The 8-day period begins from the date of purchase. For return, the bikes must be accepted at the retail store that you have purchased from, before the 8th day from the date of purchase.
- Customers are expected to make an effort to return a clean bike.
- Customers are required to return the bike in its original condition, including any accessories supplied with or fitted to the bike at the time of purchase
- Additional accessories purchased and fitted to the bike by the customers are not covered under the 8-days Money back guarantee;
- Any transportation costs e.g. courier services, self-return by customers are to be fully borne by the customers;
- Original receipt must be presented upon returning;
- Rodalink Singapore will assess and verify the physical conditions of the returned bike before acceptance of return;
- Serious damages such as dents on bike frame, crank damage & parts damage will incur 5% surcharge of the purchase price;
- Once accepted, the customers will be refunded via cheque;
- Bikes involved / damaged in a road accident will not be accepted for refund.
- Customers are expected to adopt a fair usage mentality and ensure there is no damage to the bike outside of the usual minimal wear you would expect from a bike ridden for 8 days or a few rides.
