Frame and Suspension
The frame is made of a lightweight foldable Alutech 6061 alloy frame. It is also provided with easy mechanisms to fold and unfold the bike. The frame is paired with the lightweight yet strong Hi-Ten Steel Rigid Fork on the front part and the reliable 560mm alloy flat handlebar for maneuverability. The handlebar is also ideally designed for urban riding and at the same time enables you to set multiple cycling positions.
Groupsets
The drivetrain features Shimano Nexus mix groupset with internal gear series inside the hubs. That means there will be no tangling or messy derailleurs to work with as they are stored inside the hubs. The crisp responsive shifting is controlled easily through Shimano Nexus SL-3S41E shifting levers. Polygon Urbano i3 is also equipped with Samox SAC8-111P8P 38T 170mm crankset and KMC Z-610 chain. The brake system is handled by Alloy V-Brakes. The reliable brake system could be set easily through Tektro CL-330TS brake levers mounted on the handle bar.
Other Features
Furthermore, the wheelset built on this bike uses the ultimate wheelset consisting double wall rims with Shimano Nexus 3 hubs. The wheelset is covered with Kenda K-154 20” x 1.75” tires that are capable to tackle paved paths. For an easy wheelset setting, a QR Fix Slot is also fitted at the center part of the wheel.
