Frame and Suspension
The Premier 4 is specifically made of AL6 Alloy frame, which has been going through a series of impact testing. The FWG frame geometry allows riders to be in a more neutral position while still being able to attack steep trails. Therefore, with only 14.6 kilograms, it is relatively easy to carry the bicycle on public transportations. When it comes to control and stability, Suntour XCM fork with 120mm on 27.5” bike and 100mm on 29” bike helps absorbing impact on rocky terrain. The bike also uses Shimano M315 hydraulic disc brakes that require only the slightest amount of lever pressure to safely slow the bikes in any conditions, including the wet weather.
Groupsets
Using the 24-speed drivetrain powered by the combination of Shimano Acera and Altus, the Premier 4 provides comprehensive controls to speed up and slow down the bike. The drivetrain mechanism enables riders to have smooth transitions to comply with the terrain forms. Adding more convenience, it can be maintained and serviced easily for long-term usage.
Other features
Polygon Premier 4 is suitable either for daily commuting or sports. The Araya rims and Shimano hubs give extra endurance to get rid of any obstacles. Using Wheel Fit Size system, you have the freedom to choose 27.5” or 29” wheels size according to your riding style.
