Shipping method at Rodalink.com
Currently, Rodalink has 2 shipping methods, namely "Store Pick Up" (if the stock is available at the store) and "Home Delivery". The shipping cost of the “Store Pick up” option is free. Meanwhile, for the "Home Delivery" option, Rodalink is currently using the services of the third parties, those are Urban Fox & Lalamove and the shipping cost is listed as below:

Exclusive for Assembled Bike In Box Purchase
Terms and conditions for next day delivery:
- For all orders that placed in a day, they will be delivered on the next business day (Monday-Friday 3-6PM).
- Exception applies for orders that placed between Friday-Sunday. They will be delivered on Monday 3-6PM.
- Customers can rearrange the bike delivery schedule by contacting Rodalink's Customer Care on one day prior the initial delivery schedule until the delivery day at 2PM. They need to inform their order number and the desirable delivery date.
- If the products cannot be received upon the delivery schedule due to the customers' fault (not available at home, etc.), customers can collect the bike at one of Rodalink outlets or rescheduling the delivery. If customers choose the latter, they will be charged $45 for delivery fee and they can reschedule it following their availability. Furthermore, if customers choose to refund their order, the amount they received will be deducted by the shipping fee.
