Return & Refund Policy

If the product that you receive is defective, faulty, or incorrectly described, you may return/exchange your unused product with the following conditions:

  1. Please submit your return/exchange request to our Customer Support here with your order number, name, contact number, tracking number, and picture(s) of the product.
  2. Kindly contact us here within 7 days upon receiving the product.
  3. You may return the product to Lerun Industries Sdn Bhd once get approval and confirmation ( via email ) from us prior to returning the product.
  4. Return/exchange product must be packed in the original packaging, original shipping box with the original invoice and packing slip.
  5. We may not accept the return/exchange request if the product is already used.
  6. The product is your responsibility until it reaches to us, the cost of returning based on a case by case. It would be better to send via courier with the tracking number.
  7. If the product is unused, we will exchange it with a new product or process the refund.
  8. Replacement product will be shipped once we receive your product. Please note that shipment for replacement products can take 5-7 days.
  9. In the case when a replacement product is out of stock, we will process a refund for the returned product.
  10. The refund is processed with your original payment method.
