We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, credit card and non-credit card installment. All payments are directed to CV Roda Lintas Khatulistiwa. We do not have any other bank account and we are not responsible for payments made outside Rodalink.com and Rodalink outlets.

Rodalink.com offers 0% interest for 3, 6, and 12 months installment plan via Mandiri credit card with Rp 3.000.000 minimum purchase. We also provide non-credit card installment plan via Kredivo with Rp 1.500.000 minimum purchase.

Rodalink outlets also provide installment plan via BCA and Mandiri credit card. For non-credit card options, we provide Home Credit, AEON, FIF and Adira.

Price, Availability, and Bike Assembly

Product price is the same for both in-store and online, unless if there is a special promotion.

To find the correct bike size, you can refer to the bike size chart that is provided on the Size Chart section on each product page.

We provide a feature to instantly check in-store availability. Please refer to the following steps:

  1. Find the product
  2. Choose your preferred size and color (if applicable)
  3. On the product page, click on “Periksa di Outlet Terdekat Anda” to check which outlets have it in stock
  4. It will display the list of outlets that have it in stock. If the outlet name doesn’t show up, it means they are currently out of stock.

You can request your bike to be delivered in a fully assembled condition for free if your delivery address is located within 20km of the nearest Rodalink outlet. Otherwise, your bike will be delivered in a partially assembled condition and you can bring it to the nearest Rodalink outlet to be fully assembled for free.

The bike comes 70% assembled. You just need to attach the front wheel, seat post and adjust the handlebar, brake and gear system.


We currently offer 2 shipping options:

  • Store Pick Up
    Store pick up is subject to in-store item availability.
  • Home Delivery
    We use third party courier (e.g. JNE) to ship your order. Parts and accessories weigh below 10kg can be shipped via Standard Shipment (by air). For order weighs more than 10kg, we recommend to use Economy Courier (by land and sea) for a more affordable shipping cost.

Store pick up is free of charge, while home delivery incurs a shipping cost. Should you choose store pick up, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready to pick up.

Please note that the system only shows outlets that carry all items in your shopping cart.

If all of your item is available in the same store, you’ll be able to choose store pick up as your shipping option. However, if there is at least one item that is not available, you will only be able to choose home delivery.

Standard shipment is shipment by air, which is faster yet costs more. Economy shipment is shipment by land and sea, which costs less yet slower compared to standard shipment. We recommend to use Economy shipment for order weighs more than 10kg.

Rodalink.com uses third party courier to ship your order. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we’re currently unable to contact you before delivery.

We regret to inform you that overseas shipment is currently not yet available.

We currently only ship to Indonesia.

Yes, if all items in your shopping cart is available in the same store, then you’ll be able to choose store pick up.

If at least one of the items is not available, you can still pick it up in store by choosing home delivery and fill the shipping address with the outlet address. However, this will incur a shipping cost.

Shipping cost is calculated based on volume and weight of the product (round up). If your order weighs 0.3kg, it will be calculated as 1kg. If your order weighs 4.1kg, it will be calculated as 5kg.

You can check your estimated shipping cost during checkout before proceeding to payment. Please note that shipping cost is calculated based on shipment from our distribution center in Sidoarjo, East Java.

  4. Choose “Ambil di Toko” for store pick up or “Kirim ke Rumah” for home delivery
  5. Then click “Lanjut ke Checkout”
  6. Fill your personal data
  7. Choose your shipping method
  8. Proceed to payment
  9. That’s it! We’ll process your order

To check your order status, please log in to your account. After logging in, you can see your order status by clicking “Pesanan”.

Sometimes it might take a little bit longer for the courier service to upload the tracking number. However, it should take no longer than 24 hours after it’s sent to you.

We always try to ship your order all at once. However, due to multiple warehouse locations, sometimes we need to ship your order separately based on availability. We’ll always update each tracking number to you.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment. For bikes, we might need longer processing time as we need to physically check the bike to ensure it is delivered in a proper condition. Shipment arrival time varies based on destination. Standard shipment typically takes 2-3 business days, while Economy Courier takes 10-20 business days.

We regret to inform you that once order is paid and confirmed, it is not cancellable/exchangeable, except for defective or incorrect product. Kindly review your order before making a purchase.

To earn points on online purchase, please make sure you use the same email address that is registered on your Rodalink membership. Points will be automatically added within 24 hours after you receive your order.

Promo/Voucher Code

Voucher code can be entered on the checkout page in the “Voucher Code” field.

After order is placed, we could not add voucher code manually. However, don’t worry you can always use your voucher for your next purchase.

Return & Refund

We are sorry that purchased item is not exchangeable or refundable, except for defective or incorrect item. Before placing your order, please refer to the size chart that is available on every product page to ensure you choose the right size.

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and picture of the item within 30 days after receiving your order. Our customer service will get back to you with the return instruction.

Refund may take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your returned item.


Yes, currently Rodalink has an official store in Lazada Indonesia and JD.ID. We are not responsible for any transaction made outside Rodalink.com and our official store in Lazada Indonesia and JD.ID.

We currently have 41 outlets across 25 cities in Indonesia. Rodalink opens Monday-Sunday. However, operational hours may vary by location. Click “Stores” on Home page to check our store locators and hours.

Rodalink only provide new and original products. We do not buy/sell secondhand product.
