

Rodalink is currently seeking for the following positions :
1. REGIONAL MANAGER (RM)
Responsible for overseeing all stores in his or her region. He or She is expected to formulate successful marketing strategies and plans for achieving the sales target for the company.
2. AREA MANAGER (AM)
Responsible to provide sales, operations and personnel leadership for a specific area and ensure all business and personnel targets are met or exceeded.
3. STORE MANAGER (SM)
Responsible for all operational matters in the store including daily operation and promotion activities, achieving the targeted sales and providing excellent services to customers.
4. GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER (PM)
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other departments and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Group Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BD)
Responsible for growing and expanding the company by reaching new customers, developing new business avenues for company and also work with other departments in their organizations, including operation and merchandising department.
6. HR MANAGER (HR)
Responsible to handle the full spectrum of HR functions (staff recruitments, training development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit, payroll administration, industrial relation); to guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management; planning, supervising and coordinating all activities related to employment and labour relations.
7. ACCOUNTING MANAGER (AM)
Responsible to obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure, ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close, ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, assist the controller in the daily banking requirements, ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions, and understand the program SAP.
8. SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR (SC)
Responsible for managing different aspects of the supply chain (including product, allocation, transportation, warehousing and distribution); closely with warehouse, operation, and merchandising; ability to compile & analyze data (numbers) & information to improve sales & reduce cost.
9. STORE SUPERVISOR (SS)
Responsible to effectively lead the implementation of yearly retail strategy in an assigned store, continuously develop sales and profitability of store by implementing retail standard, promotion program, customer service and staff development, and consistently train, coach and counsel the staffs to optimize their own capacity and build a strong competitive teamwork.
10. AREA REPRESENTATIVE (AR)
Responsible for maintaining existing customer base and developing new business, to plan, control, and evaluate the market demand, meet or exceed sales target, achieving sales process standard as prescribed by sales process team, provide good feedback to trades regarding the competition and market – information.
11. AUDITOR (AU)
Responsibility to prepare detailed audit reports, to collect and analyze the data to find out if there is any fraud, violation of laws, regulations and management policies, duplication, etc.,
12. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Will be trained in a multi functional area in marketing, sales, operations, and merchandising. After completion of training, potential candidates would be placed in a supervisory capacity in one of department.
General Requirements :
(Item 1-7)
• Male / Female, Max. 40 Years Old
• 3 - 5 Years experience in the same position, preferably from retail
• Strong leadership & relationship skills, business minded, good strategic and analytical thinking, result oriented
• Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
(Item 8 – 12)
• Male / Female, Max. 30 Years Old
• 1 - 2 Years experience in the same position preferably from retail, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
For all Positions :
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) With GPA Min. 2.75
• Proactive, high integrity, diciplined and able to work under pressure
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Able to communicate in mandarin would be an advantage
• Good analytical ability , like things numerical, and careful
